To ensure a safe, trustworthy, and effective email environment, all users who send emails through Linkbio must follow the guidelines below. These rules help protect recipients, maintain platform integrity, and comply with global email marketing regulations.

Users may only send emails to recipients who have explicitly agreed to receive communications.
The following practices are not allowed:

• Sending emails to purchased or rented mailing lists
• Using scraped or harvested email addresses
• Adding recipients without their clear consent

Linkbio strictly prohibits spam.

Users may not:

Your email subject line and content must accurately reflect what the recipient will receive.

Every email sent through Linkbio must include:

If a recipient unsubscribes from your emails, you must respect this request immediately.
Users may not:

Failure to honor unsubscribe requests may result in account restrictions.

Users should send emails at a reasonable frequency to avoid overwhelming recipients.
Examples of abusive behavior include:

• Sending multiple promotional emails within a short period
• Sending large volumes of emails without meaningful content

Maintaining responsible sending practices helps ensure better deliverability for all users.

Emails sent through Linkbio must not include:

• Fraudulent or scam-related content
• Phishing attempts or deceptive links
• Malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Illegal products or services
• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive content
• Content that violates intellectual property rights

Users are responsible for protecting subscriber data and respecting privacy.
Users may not:

• Collect email addresses through deceptive methods
• Share, sell, or distribute subscriber lists without consent
• Store or process personal data in violation of applicable laws

Always handle subscriber information responsibly and securely.

Users must comply with all applicable email marketing laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• CAN-SPAM Act
• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)

Failure to comply with these regulations may result in account suspension.

To maintain platform integrity and email deliverability, Linkbio may monitor sending activity, including:

• Complaint rates
• Bounce rates
• Spam reports

Accounts with abnormal or abusive activity may be temporarily restricted or permanently suspended.

Linkbio reserves the right to take appropriate action if these guidelines are violated.
Actions may include:

• Temporarily restricting email sending privileges
• Suspending or terminating accounts

These actions may be taken without prior notice in cases of severe abuse.
