If your Email Broadcast fails to send, please go through the steps below to identify and fix the issue:
1. Check your network and page status
* Make sure your internet connection is stable.
* Refresh the page and try sending again.
* If the status is stuck on “Sending” for a long time, re-enter the campaign page and try again.

2. Verify the sender email address

* Make sure the sender email address format is correct.
* An invalid email address may cause the sending to fail or be blocked by the system.

3. Check for system limits

* If you send too many emails in a short period of time, you may hit a system safety limit.
* Please wait for a while and try again later.

4. Check your email content for policy violations

* Make sure your email content does not contain any prohibited, restricted, or spam-like content.
* Content that violates platform policies may be blocked and cause the send to fail.

5. Try duplicating or recreating the campaign

* Try using **Duplicate** to copy the current broadcast, then set it up again and send it.
* Or create a new broadcast and try sending it again.

6. Still not working?
