Enabling Email Automation in Linkbio allows you to automatically send welcome emails, notifications, and follow-ups to your users. It helps you save time while staying connected with your audience. By reaching the right people at the right moment, you can improve user experience and increase conversions—making your marketing more efficient and smarter.
How to Set Up Email Automation

1. Log in to your Linkbio account and switch to Growth in the bottom navigation bar. Then select Automation.

2. On the Email Automation page, click Create New Automation.

3. Choose an automation template that fits your needs.

4. Go to the automation details page and complete the following settings:

  • Choose a trigger: when someone subscribes to you or contacts you.
  • When to send: send immediately or schedule for later.
  • Email content: enter the email subject and preview text.

5. Click the "Customize" button to personalize your email content and style.

6. Switch to More in the top navigation, where you can enter the automation name, sender name, and sender email address.

7. When you’re done, click Active at the bottom. The email automation will then start sending emails to your subscribers automatically.

For Active Email Broadcasts, You Can:
  • View Details: Check insights such as open rate and click-through rate to help you optimize future campaigns.
  • Rename: Rename the broadcast to better organize your campaigns.
  • Duplicate: Duplicate the current broadcast to quickly create a new one.
  • Delete: Delete the current broadcast.
